１． 送料につきまして

　・クリックポスト　185円（追跡サービス付帯）
　　長さ34cm以内、幅25cm以内、厚さ3cｍ以内、重さ1kgまで
　　※ サイズを超える場合や国外への発送は、別途ご相談となります。

２．配送方法につきまして

  配送方法は当ショップ指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様にお選び頂くことは出来ません。時間帯のご指定や日付指定も原則として承っておりません。

３．発送日数につきまして

　基本的には入金確認後、3日以内に発送いたします。  
４．配送中の破損等につきまして

　梱包の際は、商品に折れ曲がりやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。また、輸送中に損傷しないよう梱包材を使用します。  
　しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。  
　本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の梱包材の損傷等は、ご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

2. Shipping Methods

The shipping method will be determined by our shop; as a general rule, customers cannot select their own method. We generally do not accept requests for specific delivery times or dates.

3. Shipping Lead Time

We generally ship within 3 days of confirming payment.

4. Damage During Shipping

When packing, we take great care to ensure the product is not bent or scratched, and we use appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.

　However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, there is a possibility of issues arising during transit or damage occurring due to the carrier’s negligence.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor damage to the packaging that does not affect the functionality of the product itself.
